PREAMBLE
I hereby present myself as an alternative visionary leader to offer alternate change needed by th residents of Hospital Ward.
Following our benchmarking carried out within the Ward by my team on the issues afflicting our people, below are some of the points noted as priorities to be addressed within the ward sampled from different locations of the Ward.

What we want to archive for hospital ward after 2017
1. Progressively tackle the road infrastructure within the ward by ensuring the feeder roads are in good state i.e. tarmac or marram and their drainage ensured.
2. Ensure security and cohesion amongst the residents of Hospital Ward by fostering harmony and tolerance.
3. Economic empowerment of the community and minority groups through community based SACCO while ensuring disbursement of bursaries to needy students.
4. Establishment of a resource center to tap into the Youth’s talents, abilities and skills i.e. Cultural center, ICT resource center.
Our County Has been lagging behind in development realm, despite being strategically positioned for out most growth and development with the devolved governance advantages. I feel that we need the right people to forge ahead in spearheading county development by tapping into its niche and making sure the correct bills are passed to improve the economic status of our people within Trans Nzoia County....
